Kroger Shoppers Can Support the Livonia Symphony Orchestra

​​Livonia Symphony supporters who shop at the Kroger on 5 Mile in Livonia can sign up for the Kroger Community Rewards Program, at no cost. Visit www.krogercommunityrewards.com! Follow the instructions provided. Use the Livonia Symphony Society organization number: KD447 to link your Kroger rewards card to the Livonia Symphony. If you don't have a Kroger rewards card, one can be obtained at the Kroger Customer Service Desk.
​The LSO will receive a donation from the Kroger company for all purchases made by Symphony supporters, who have signed up.

  • Our orchestra is made up of highly skilled musicians who have invested time and money in mastering their art, the LSO has a special project to secure an annual underwriter for each chair in the orchestra. 
  • Do you have a favorite instrument or musician of your choice? 
  • A $500.00 contribution will sponsor a chair for the current season.

SUPPORT STUDENT MUSIC OUTREACH PROGRAM

artnering with the Livonia Community, continues it's student outreach program to increase music awareness and provide refurbished musical instruments in the upper elementary and middle schools in Livonia.

What Are The Costs?
You may not know that a typical concert can cost from $18,000 to $20,000, depending on the number of musicians and the complexity of the music being performed.
       This includes:
        •  Auditorium rental, staging
        •  Guest artists, publicity, programs
        •  Conductor and musician fees
        •  Music rental, postage, brochures, cartage, and other items

The LSO continually seeks financial support through fund-raising activities and grants from philanthropic institutions and businesses.

We also rely heavily on the generous support of the individuals, families, organizations and corporations who love the arts and love Livonia.  It is only with your support that the Livonia Symphony Orchestra can survive and thrive in the coming years.

Your donation makes a difference in ensuring that our own LSO continues to charm and give pleasure to audiences of all ages.
