6:00pm - Potluck Dinner for Board Members & spouses or guest
Please bring a dish to pass. Whatever will be will be, so bring something good.
7:00pm - Annual Meeting followed by the regular business meeting.
Election of new members to the board and election of officers for the year 2017-2018 will take place as well as a recap of the 2016-2017 year and highlights of plans for the 40th anniversary year. There have been NO changes proposed to the by-laws.
In compliance with the by-laws, this Annual Meeting is open to all members of the Society, those contributing at least the equivalent of one season ticket $80.00 or more.
