The 2016-17Annual Meeting

7:00pm - Annual Meeting followed by the regular business meeting.
Election of new members to the board and election of officers for the year 2016-2017 will take place as well as a recap of the 2016-2017 year and highlights of plans for the 40th anniversary year. There have been NO changes proposed to the by-laws.
In compliance with the by-laws, this Annual Meeting is open to all members of the Society, those contributing at least the equivalent of one season ticket $80.00 or more.

Please respond by June 11 of your attendance and if you will be bringing a guest for the potluck. It would also be nice to know what you plan to bring for the potluck. Please arrive prior to 6:00pm so that we can begin our dinner promptly at 6:00pm.
